What's the difference between Remy and Doug?

Remy remembers. Tell Remy anything the moment it pops into your head. Doug does. Ask Doug "what now?" and you get one suggestion that fits your time, energy and place.

Why does Doug only show me one thing?

Long lists can make it harder to start. One clear next step is easier to act on. If it's not the right moment, tap "Not now" and you'll get another, no guilt attached.

Why don't I see my work tasks?

Outside the work hours you set, work tasks stay hidden so you can rest. During work hours, you only see work. You can change your hours in Settings.

How do I save notes for an event?

Add the event first. Then tell Remy something that mentions it, like "ask about reading level at the conference," and it's saved as a note for that event. A couple of days before, Doug brings all the notes back to you.

Can I talk to it instead of typing?

Yes. Tap the microphone on your phone's keyboard and just say it. Siri shortcuts like "Hey Siri, tell Remy…" are on the way.

Where is my information stored?

Right now, everything stays on your phone. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I start fresh?

Go to Settings and tap "Clear everything." This can't be undone.

When can I get it?
